Is acupuncture covered by insurance?

At present, I accept and No-Fault and Workmen's Compensation. Some companies cover services and I can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for their rules about acupuncture coverage and reimbursement. Please be sure to mention that I am a licensed acupuncturist, not and Md-Acupuncturist.
